Series 20 valve models H21 and H24 have a redesigned guide pin that provides high sealing ability at a lower cost. Standard operating pressures are to 2000 and 1000 psi, respectively, in gas or liquid. Higher pressure ratings are also available. Special sealing in plastic, Delrin or steel is also available. Model H21 is a 2-way normally-open valve with an orifice size of 0.6 mm and a CV factor of 0.10. Burst pressure is to 5000 psi. Model H24 is a 3-way normally-open valve with an orifice size of 0.6 mm and a CV form factor of 0.10 inlet, 0.024 exhaust. Standard operating temperature range for both valves is 0° to 104°F, and the coils in both valves are DC operated.

With energy capacities of 30 and 50 in.-lbs, respectively, the Uni-Shok 30 and Uni-Shok 50 miniature self-adjusting shock absorbers operate in the -20° to 140°F range. Injected with Teflon, the one-piece cylinder has a steel piston rod that is through-hardened and hand diamond lapped to a 2 micron finish. The device has a black oxide coating, internal coil spring reset, and is machined from steel bar stock.
Valve actuator control
Designed to control up to 250 actuators, the Master Station II provides complex control and diagnostics of the company’s field units through a simple touch-panel operator interface. Optional hot stand-by configuration automatically assumes control on primary master failure or on command from the DCS or touch panel. Real time status of field units is provided through continuous cyclical polling.
Non-rotating gas lifter Featuring a keyed guide rod that prevents rotation during lift applications, the SLN.300 nitrogen gas lifter has a small extension for attaching lifting structures. Extended guide rod bushings increase stability, and an inverted gas spring housed inside the guide rod provides reliable and adjustable force. A 1/3 ton force model has stroke lengths of 50 to 150 mm.
Check valves
ICFT 4-bolt flange-type check valves are designed for piping systems that use SAE 4-bolt flange ports. Included are ICT thread-in type check valves for applications where the free-flow direction is from the sealed to the plain surfaces. Alternate accessories are available for applications requiring reversed or bi-directional free flow direction.

Ultra-miniature regulator Designed to control outlet pressures down to ½ psig, the PRD-1-N-1 regulator measures 11/32- by 1-in. Brass versions weigh 26.6g, while aluminum versions are 15g; steel versions are under development. Output pressures range from 0 to 30 psig and are adjustable with a screwdriver. Both inlet and outlet ports are tapped 10-32 UNF. Various seal and diaphragm materials are available upon request.
Diaphragm check valve Not dependent on gravity, mounting position or reverse flow, series CKM diaphragm check valves maintain a bubble-tight seal. The leak-proof valves are chatter proof, since there are no internal sliding or loose parts to slam or vibrate, and thus operation is silent. They are well suited for highly aggressive or ultra-pure liquid applications, and are available in ½-, ¾- and 1-in. NPT sizes.
Rotary control valve Suited for liquids, gases, steam and slurries, the K-Max rotary control valve features a greater than 100:1 range and stable bi-directional flow. Available in sizes 1- through 8-in., the valve can be constructed from various alloys for ANSI 150, 300 and 600 ratings. The steel-encased diaphragm actuator has high thrust, low friction, accurate control and increased fire resistance.

Built-in needle valves provide the speed control for extend and retract applications.

Inert isolation valves The WTA02 2-way normally closed inert isolation valve features a soft elastomeric seal material that tolerates particulate laden media that typically destroys conventional inert valves. Orifice diameter is 2 mm (1.6 mm for WTA-2R-N3). Port connections are ¼-28 threaded, 3 mm or 4 mm barb. The valves are rated for power consumption of 2.8W.
Nitrogen gas generation The compact Balston nitrogen gas generation system produces up to 150 SCFH of compressed nitrogen from compressed air at purities up to 99.5% and 872 SCFH at 95% purity. The system uses proprietary membrane separation technology to divide the compressed air feed gas into two streams: one of 95-99.5% pure nitrogen and the second O2-rich stream, containing CO2 and other trace gases.
