Tube fittings
FleetFit push-in tube fittings are used exclusively for the vehicle industry in air
brake systems. They are available in fixed position and swivel adapters and unions. The
fittings reduce assembly and maintenance time up to 80% by eliminating time consuming
insertion of ferrules and wrenching of compression units. Leakage is virtually eliminated
by a positive o-ring seal and Precote 5 thread sealant. Collets are stamped with
dimensioning information for easy identification. The anti-kink design allows the tube to
rotate 360 degrees inside the fitting, which reduces the kinking and twisting that occurs

 Pressure sensors. The DCAL4 and DRAL5 series of micromachined,
ultra-low, SURSENSE pressure sensors feature Dynamic-Self-Compensation (DSC), which is a
proprietary method of stability compensation that minimizes output offset errors

 Electro-pneumatic transducer.The Model T7900 high-flow,
electro-pneumatic transducer controls output pressure independent of flow. The
transducer's four-button key pad and liquid crystal display allows easy on-site entry of
operating parameters. High accuracy is achieved by an internal feedback sensor that

 Fittings and screens. A catalog of miniature stainless steel
fittings includes products with choices of barb connections, 10-32 threads, and 1/8-in. or
1-in. NPT pipe connections. The barb connections are suitable for use with 1Ž16-in.
or 1Ž8-in. ID flexible plastic tubing. Pipe connection products include nipples,

 Needle valves. The 489 and 589 series of brass needle valves
are suitable for semi-precise metering of liquids and gases. These needle valves are
manufactured from solid brass bar stock. Choices of two stems, brass tapered or stainless
steel needles with Kel-F soft-tips are available. Male or female 1Ž8 in. through
1Ž4 in. pipe fittings, flare or poly-flo tube connections are also available. The
