Pressure switches. ThePS-J series of pressure switches are subminiature units that offer a switch actuation range of 1.5 to 3,000 psi and proof pressures to 9,000 psi. The series uses metal blade contacts in lieu of microswitches. The pressure switches deliver a repeatability of 2% of the highest set point at 70°F. Exhausting ball valve. The VMH series safety exhaust valve for compressed air features tamper-resistant lockout handles, which lock only in the off position for maximum safety. The forged-brass valve has a bottom-loaded, blowout-proof stem. The valve is fully ported for maximum flow, and automatically and continuously vents residual air on the downstream side of the valve when the handle is in the off position. Pressure regulator. This quick-fitting-type pressure regulator is compact and features a built-in quick-fitting joint. The regulator's relief mechanism allows for easy adjustments and is available in elbow, straight, union and elbow-mounted gauge styles with a pressure gauge. Quick-disconnect couplings. These flexible couplings are encased by a non-scratch elastomeric cover to protect them from workpiece damage. With easy flexing through 360 degrees of free rotation, the couplings provide the operator with a greater range of uninhibited wrist motion by eliminating hose constraint. High-pressure switch. TheModel WS is a snap-action, factory preset/field adjustable switch with a set point range of 20 psi to 4,200 psi and a set point tolerance of ±5%. Maximum operating pressure is 5,000 psi and roof pressure is 15,000 psi. It has a standard current rating of 5A but is also available with a 10A contact. Current-to-pressure transmitter. The IPH field-mount, current-to-pressure (I/P) transmitter provides reliable I/P conversion in harsh field conditions. Its housing features metal construction that meets NEMA 4X, IP55 (watertight, dust-tight and corrosion-resistant) requirements. Stainless steel manifolds. Smartflow stainless steel manifolds facilitate routing and metering of multiple flow streams. Manifold material is naturally corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel. Compact fittings. EO-2 compact fittings are downsized for space-critical applications such as micro-hydraulics, central lubrication, process control, automation and diagnostics.
