Subminiature load button. The SLB Series of subminiature load
cells are offered for compression-only applications where space is limited. Matching
surfaces must be flat for ultimate accuracy. They are made from heat-treated 17-4ph
stainless steel, and sealed against most industrial environments. Bonded foil strain gages
produce a full scale output of 2 mV/V. Nonlinearity and hysteresis are 0.25%, and
nonrepeatability is 0.1% or better. Transducer Techniques Inc,43178 Business

Miniature diaphragm pump. The Model DMS 035 is a miniature
solenoid-operated diaphragm pump that is ideal for low flow rate applications. The
solenoid moves the diaphragm within a plastic housing that has opposing duckbill check
valves mounted in the pump's inlet and outlet. The diaphragm and check valves can be
ordered in either NBR or Viton. Inlet and outlet connections are barbed hose type. E.

Motor controller. The TURBO PMAC can commutate any electric
motor including brush and brushless DC, step, induction (vector controlled) and switched
reluctance types. This unit can control up to 32 axes in 8 coordinate systems, with either
analog, digital or MACRO ring interface. The TURBO PMAC is available as a CPU piggyback
board and is available in 60, 80 and 100 MHz versions. Additional axes can be used as true

Solid-state voltage starter. The ASTAT-IBP is a soft motor
starter providing most of the capabilities of a starter and bypass contactor. With ranges
of 40 to 300 HP at 230, 460, and 575 VAC, starting ramps as long as 45 seconds long are
available. The unit has a type 2 short circuit protection rating. The ASTAT-IBP can
control all start-up settings while providing diagnostic information on an integrated
display. GE Electrical Distribution and Control, 41 Woodford Ave,

Transducer. The Model FCT-225 transducer is designed for
pressure measurements that require high insensitivity to environmental extremes. All
wetted parts are high quality VAR 316L SS. The GCT-225 offers accuracy of ±0.25% and full
scale pressure output of 0.2 to 5.2VDC. The GCT-225 measures gage and absolute pressures
from 0-25 to 0-3000 psig or psia and compound pressures of -14.7-25 to 14.7-3000 psig.

Planetary gearheads. The HeliCrown Stealth PX gear tooth
design offers smooth engagement of tooth crowning at less than 70 dB noise. Internal gears
are hardened with a plasma nitriding heat treatment process to provide a 68 Rc surface and
ductile core. The Stealth PX allows input speeds up to 5000 RPM and provides torque up to
1600 in-lbs. Units are available in 60, 90 and 115mm, and NEMA 23, 34 and 42 frame sizes. Bayside

Gearmotor. The 56X BG Series of NEMA size 23 cycloidal
gearmotors have zero backlash, high positional accuracy (<±20 arc sec.), high
efficiency (85 to 90%), and low audible noise. Standard reduction ratios of 10:1 and 20:1
offer 20,000 and 40,000 steps of true resolution per one revolution of the reducer's
output shaft at up to 1110 oz-in. (80.0 kg-cm) of torque. These 5-phase stepping motors
operate at virtually no low rpm resonance or vibration. NYDEN Co, San Jose,

Tool swivel fitting. This fitting series offers a lightweight
aluminum bodyor a non-mar version (polypropylene plastic encapsulated) for where chip and
scratch reduction is desired. Configured MPT x FPT for simplified plumbing, standard sizes
include 14- x 14-in., 38- x 38-in. and 12- x 12-in..
Available sizes also include a 38- x 14-in. size, with less than a 1 PSI drop
at 10 SCFM, for high demand 14-in. inlet air tools. DynaQuip Controls, 10

Hollow shaft speed reducers. SHF harmonic drive gearing
enables design engineers to pass shafts, wires and tubing directly through the center of
the gear. The component sets can be directly incorporated into equipment and are available
in a variety of outer diameter and shaft sizes. The SHF series have rated outputs of 590
in-lbs, and a momentary peak torque of 2,780 in-lbs, with gear reduction ratios from 50:1
to 160:1. HD Systems Inc, 89 Cabot Court, Hauppauge, NY 11788. 800-231-HDSI.

Overrunning clutches. The BG Series of overrunning clutches
consist of an inner race, an outer race, and a set of sprags located between the two
races. The design provides extra security against breakdowns by featuring one spring for
each sprag. Unlike common radial springs, if one spring breaks on these models, clutch
operation continues with minimal torque losses. They are also available with chromium
diffused sprags. Boston Gear, 14 Hayward St, Quincy, MA 02171. 617-328-3300.

3-phase voltage monitor. The WVM series of voltage monitors
protects motors and other 3-phase loads from loss of power. The WVM stores all information
concerning loss of power for review at any time, in sequence, up to the last 10
interruptions of power. It has variable reset and delay modes, and is available in line
voltages up to 550/600 VAC, 50/60 Hz. Circuitry is designed and tested to IEEE 587 Level B
surge protection specifications. SSAC, PO Box 1000 Baldwinsville, NY 13027.

Relay switch. The FTR-B2 relay is a 4-pole, signal unit that
provides the same functionality as two 2-pole relays, but occupies less space. Developed
for line switching applications, the relay series has resistive ratings of 1A @ 30V DC and
0.2A @125V AC. The maximum switching current is 1A and power consumption is 400mW, and
they are available with coil voltages of either 4.5V DC or 12V DC. The FTR-B2 has an
operating range of -40 to +85°C. Fujitsu Takamisawa America, 250 E
