Designed for pre-application to threaded fasteners, ND Microspheres 294 has all of the desirable properties of similar micro-encapsulated adhesives, while providing an environmentally-friendly alternative to solvent-based materials. As a water-based component, ND Microspheres 294's slurry contains no harmful elements that could evaporate into the atmosphere and create pollution or damage the ozone layer. Once applied, the adhesive remains inert until such time as the shearing action of engagement to the mating part causes some of the capsules to break, allowing the adhesive to cure. Universal grommet. This self-adjusting grommet is designed to
adjust to different wire, cable and tubing diameters from 0.125- to 0.312-in. It features
a self-adjusting rubber membrane that forms a dust-resistant seal. The 0.650 in. OD
grommet mounts in a 0.500 in. hole within 0.062 in. thick material that retains it in
