Compact lead screw positioners. Adaptable to standard NEMA
configurations, this member of the Posi-Drive line of positioning stages has a height of
1.650 in. and a width of 1.750 in. Straight line accuracy is 0.0001 in. per inch of
travel, with a 0.0001 in. repeatability. The stages offer a 0.250-in. diameter 0.250 lead
screw, an anti-backlash nut, and a flexible zero backlash coupling with a motor bracket

Shaft locking bushings. ETP Classic Model R bushings answer a
need for stainless steel hub-shaft connections where surface coatings and plating provide
insufficient protection. They lock into position any type of gear, pulley, sprocket or
other component in a system's power transmission train. The double-walled hardened sleeve,
which mounts fast and accurately, is available in bore sizes from 0.75 through 4 in. (15

Corrosion-resistant roller chain. Designed for use in wet
environments, ULTRA WP roller chain is made of carbon steel that is plated in a special
process. The plating, applied before assembly, does not flake or peel, and it also
eliminates hydrogen embrittlement of the steel. After 500 hours of salt fog testing, the
roller chain exhibited less than 1 percent surface rust. The company also produces

Keyed shaft collars. Providing better holding power and more
precise alignment, these shaft collars can be special-ordered with keyways. They can be
used as components in handles and levers; as mechanical stops on keyed shafts; and to
increase stiffness and improve alignment of thin keyed shaft elements such as pulleys and
slitting saws. The two-piece clamp style on these collars allow installation without

Telescoping leadscrew actuator. This NEMA size 34 linear
actuator motor features a telescoping leadscrew for applications where space restrictions
prohibit the use of a standard linear actuator. The internal motor design consists of two
threaded concentric nuts configured to accept leadscrews up to 3/8 in. in diameter. Shaft
extension capability is increased to 6 in. beyond the motor housing -- the motor provides

Linear rollerguide. Distinguished by its low mass, quiet and
smooth operation, and high load capacity, the PROLINE aluminum rollerguide uses rollers on
needlebearings, arranged in a cross-wise configuration. The carriage can travel with
speeds up to 10 m/s on the precision tracks embedded in the aluminum carrier profile.
PROLINE is available in stroke lengths up to 3700mm, and has an integrated scraper system

Multi-axis processor. The Navigator MC2800 Series combines the
ability for users to control both brushed and brushless servo motors in one chipset. Users
can select any axis to be brushed and any axis to be brushless (for 2 and 4 axes) using
this processor. The chipsets support sinusoidal commutation of 2- or 3-phase brushless
motors, as well as positioning and velocity control of brushed servo motors. Performance

Dual-shaft angled gearhead. The DuraTRUE 90 is a right angle
planetary gearhead with a dual shaft output. It offers a backlash of 8 arc-minutes, has a
peak torque rating of 7,450 in-lb, and a peak radial load capacity of up to 1,798 lbs. It
is available in 60, 90, 115 and 142mm square frame sizes, and ratios from 1:1 to 500:1.
The unit's high torque and long life expectancy make it a good replacement for spiral
