Integrated stepper & driver
Designed for the rapid implementation of stepper motors requiring automation, the SilverPak D is a NEMA size 17, 2-phase, 1.8-degree bipolar step motor with built-in microstepping driver. Commands can be issued from the Windows HyperTerminal program, which can be set to execute a preset string of commands upon power up. Commands include nested loops and execution halt pending a switch closure. Resolution is selectable for 200, 400, 800 or 1600 steps per revolution, and the step, direction and disable/enable inputs are optically isolated. Operating voltage range is 12 to 24 VDC.

Electro-pneumatic pressure regulator
The ITV1000 regulator offers step-free control of air pressure proportional to an electrical signal. Internal circuitry pulses supply and release valves to maintain the desired output air pressure. A dual pilot valve design reduces cost and air consumption. Maximum flow rate is 250 L/min (ANR) when a set pressure of 0.5 MPa is applied. Compatible analog inputs are 4-20 mADC, 0-20 mADC, 0-5 VDC and 0-10 VDC — the unit also accepts 4-wire digital input. Larger siblings ITV2000 and 3000 are offered in 10-point or 16-point digital input, with 5 monitor output options.

High torque gearmotor
The PS2300 parallel shaft gearmotor has continuous duty torque ratings up to 320 in.-lbs. Compatible with the company’s AC, PM, and DC brushless motors, in 13 ratios from 5:1 to 300:1, the unit is suited to industrial conveyor or commercial garage door applications where high start and stop torque is mandatory. The PS2300 features hobbed gearing and helical gears for quiet operation with high yield ratings, while internal ball bearings and needle bearings on the output shaft provide substantial overhung load durability. Efficient design and synthetic lubricants contribute to improved heat dissipation over standard gearmotors.

Magnetic encoders
The K Series of encoders produces high resolutions up to 7200 cpr, and can operate in harsh environments where shock, sawdust, grease, salt spray, excessive moisture or condensing humidity may be present. The devices incorporate a high accuracy magnetoresistive chip sensor and on-board interpolator with a large (up to 2 mm) wheel/sensor gap. Available wheels range from 10 mm to 250 mm for a virtually unlimited choice of wheel size and resolution.

Laser rotary encoder
Designed for factory automation, manufacturing and robotics applications, the M1-H is a compact and lightweight, heavy-duty, 10,000 rpm system encoder measuring 56 mm in length and weighing only 260g.
