Booth 3221 Full-color,
die-cut panels and overlays are available for quick-turn
prototypes and short runs. Durable subsurface printed panels
may have a velvet or gloss finish. Overlays feature abrasion
resistance and specialty adhesives to meet specs. Tinted
windows, opaque inks, LEDs, custom cut-outs,
selectively-applied adhesives and membrane switches are
offered.

in tightly toleranced, precision metal parts, in production
volume, this company’s capabilities include CNC milling and
turning, grinding, lapping, broaching, EDM and fineblanking.
Of particular note is their creepfeed grinding that allows
full-depth grinding in a single pass. The 150 hp on the
spindle, massive machine rigidity and wheel dressing to custom
shapes, works on even heat-treated material with low
distortion.

Booth 4149 A
presswork operation producing flat and 3D metal parts to
near-net shape, fineblanking can eliminate post-press
operations like milling, grinding, broaching and drilling.
Unlike stamping, the process includes support for the part
against the ram’s stroke, controlling deformation and die
break to maximize part quality. Services include fineblanking
— including tool design and manufacture — deburring,
heat-treating, plating/finishing and assembly.
