Nash Engineering Co, Booth 380. Vacuum pumps. The
Delta Series of liquid ring vacuum pumps is ideal for process industry or general
industrial applications. Featuring a top-suction, top-discharge arrangement, pumps are
available in single and two-stage designs with capacities to 275 CFM. The EC single stage
pump is a vari-port design in both close-coupled and pedestal mounted configurations with
eight models. The two-stage ET version, used for high vacuum applications, has nine
models.

polymer tubing. This company's liquid crystal polymer (LCP) tubing can be three times
thinner than that formed from polycarbonate with equivalent stiffness. Its advantages
include: USP Class VI approval; high melt (>500°F) and use (>400°F) temperatures;
repeatedly sterilizable by autoclave, chemical, ETO or radiation; and high tensile
strength (20,000 psi) and stiffness (2.0 million psi flexural modulus). 
Parker Hannifin Corp, Booth 1021. Encapsulated
cartridge. Parker Presto cartridges simplify air system assembly because they are
designed for simple installation into a single diameter soft metal or thermoplastic cavity
without requiring special tools. Available sizes include 1/8- to 1/2-in. OD and accept
nylon, polyethylene, polyurethane and soft metal tubing. Cartridges are engineered for
pressure applications from 27 in. vacuum to 300 PSI, with a temperature range of -40 to
200°F. 
Raychem Interconnect, Booth 462. Heat-shrink
tubings. ZHTM thick wall and ZH-100 thin wall 2:1 shrink ratio flexible tubing
families are new additions to the company's System 100 product line. These zero halogen
heat-shrink tubings belong to a family of low fire hazard products designed to insulate
and protect cables, harnesses and components. They are ideal for critical applications in
aerospace, military, marine, offshore and mass transportation installations. 
Value Plastics, Booth 1183. Precision plastic
components. This company will showcase its latest precision components including
Luers, tube-to-tube connectors, threaded fittings, check valves, stopcocks, clamps and
quick disconnects. The quick disconnects have many safety lock and rotating features and
accessories. The fittings are designed for a variety of tubing with inner diameters of
1/16- to 1/4-in. Also available are tubing, tube-set assembly services, kits, pressure
testers and assembly devices. 
Smart Products Inc, Booth 1753. Valves & pumps. These
modular plastic check valves and compact, energy-efficient liquid, air and vacuum
diaphragm pumps are designed for ultra-low pressure, low flow gas or fluid applications.
Check valves provide maximum versatility with more than 16,000 configurations. Custom
valves may be created by specifying every component, including body and o-ring materials
and opening pressure. All products are available in a wide selection of thermoplastics.
Tescom Corporation, Booth 115. Electropneumatic PID
controller. The new ER3000 controller provides highly accurate, repeatable control of
pressure or pressure-related variables in a wide variety of process applications. As a
stand-alone unit, it can control the pressure of gases from 0-100 PSIG. Add one of the
company's many air-actuated regulators and the fully programmable ER3000 will provide +/-
0.1% accuracy of liquids or gases at outlet pressures from vacuum to 20,000 PSIG.
Thomas Industries, Booth 1839. Miniature air
compressors. The 7006 Series of diaphragm air compressors and vacuum pumps has an open
flow rate of 7.2 lpm, maximum pressure up to 36 psig, and maximum vacuum up to 25.4 in.
Hg. It features super quiet operation due to the enclosed crankcase, and all models in the
series feature oilless operation, low vibration, and upright or horizontal mounting. It is
available in 12 or 24VDC and 115V/60Hz or 230V/50Hz models.
