80/20 Inc, Booth 2830. Metric T-slotted extrusions. This
company reports it is the world's only supplier of both fractional and metric T-slotted
aluminum extrusions. Its metric line of 25mm series and a 40mm series use basically the
same joining hardware and accessories that the 80/20 fractional line offers. T-slotted
extrusions are cost effective when compared to steel welded structures and can be used in
a variety of applications including machine frames, machine guards and more.
Colson Caster Corp, Booth 944. Handtruck wheels.
This company will display a new selection of cushion tread hand truck wheels that offer
non-marking floor protection and maximum rolling ease. The models feature a soft tread
durometer of 50 (Shore A Scale) that cushions even heavy loads from shocks, vibration and
hard impacts. Even though the wheels weigh less than 3 pounds each, they are rated for
loads up to 500 pounds each with a choice of 5/8- or 1/2-in. bearing bore.
Davies Molding, LLC, Booth 2651. Soft grip handles. This
company will display its DuraSoft handles, which are manufactured with nylon and
thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) materials. The attractive handles have the strength and
durability for rugged wear, yet have a soft, comfortable grip. By utilizing multi-shot
molding techniques, the handles feature an ergonomic design of elastomer grips on top of
the handle as well as an elastomer-lined under grip. Sizes range from 4- to 7-in. from
mounting centers.

This company, a leading supplier of standard industrial machine components, will display
its enhanced steel control levers with through bore. Now ISO 9001 certified, the hub and
arm are made of a steel black oxide finish, while the coverdisk is a light gray plastic
and the hand piece is black phenolic plastic. Able to be shipped in 24 hours, the control
levers' inch and metric dimensions are interchangeable. Special inch and metric bore sizes
are also available.

The company's newly revised 100-page stock springs catalog describes with complete
specifications its full line of stock compression, extension and torsion springs; spring

Penn Engineering & Manufacturing Corp, Booth 1434. Self-clinching
nuts. On display will be newly introduced PEM Type SMPS stainless steel self-clinching
nuts. These satisfy fastening applications where there is minimal space for hardware to
attach extremely thin sheets. Compared with standard clinch nuts, these fasteners feature
a lower profile (smaller diameter and height) and can be mounted up to 50% closer to the
edge of the sheet. 
Northwestern Tools, Inc, Booth 2721. Plungers.
This company will be exhibiting a complete line of steel and newly added stainless steel
hand retractable plungers. In addition to these, they will exhibit a new line of delrin
ball, press fit plungers. The press fit plungers are ideal where the plunger does not
require threaded adjustment. They will also display a complete line of spring and ball
plungers to handle any fixturing requirement.
Pivot Point Inc, Booth 2738. Locking cotter pin.
This company will display its new Bow-Tie locking cotter pin, which works like a hair pin
cotter, but locks itself on. A simple but definite action releases the cotter, though it
cannot be accidentally knocked or vibrated off. It can be used regardless of the hole
position, and replaces other traditional cotter pins in a variety of applications. It is
re-usable, speeds assembly time, reduces liability and offers secure fastening with ease
of removal. 
Richco, Inc, Booth 1583. Dual durometer hinge. This
hinge features a co-extrusion comprised of two rigid PVC leaves connected by a strong
flexible polyurethane elastomer. The rigid PVC leaves are ideal for a variety of mounting
applications. The product can also be provided with double-sided tape or punched with
mounting holes for fasteners such as rivets and screws. The polyurethane elastomer forms a
tough bond between the PVC leaves, and provides flexibility and springback that will give
the hinge a long service life.

devices. This shaft-hub connection technology company offers catalog W-900 on their
specialty locking devices. The line of single and double taper designs in standard, heavy
and extra heavy duty versions is available from 3/4-in. diameter shafts to 600mm diameter
shafts in inch and metric units. Also presented is a stainless steel line of locking
devices for corrosive environments available in two different types of stainless steel.
