System includes glass-ceramic hermetically sealed headers with up to 41 gold-plated
pins and a standard plug on the air side. Three different design options are available on
the vacuum side -- double-ended with threaded plug connection, straight-pin with 0.040-in.
diameter pins, and a solder-pin design with solder-cup terminations. Connectors have 304
stainless steel shells, are UHV compatible with a minimum leak rate of 1 x 10-9

 Pluggable terminal blocks. The ELX 3.5mm high
density pluggable system, which includes fixed blocks, is ideal for industrial automation,
telecom/datacom, HVAC and security applications. ELX plugs and headers are available in 2
through 20 positions in a variety or configurations, while the ELXM 3.5mm fixed blocks are
supplied in 2 through 10 positions and in horizontal, vertical or angled configurations.

varieties of industrial-grade, fire-resistant components are available on minifast,

 CRS spacers. New line fits all versions of #4
through #8 (M3 - M4) screw sizes. The spacers' soft material conforms easily to screw
threads, ensuring tight retention. Spacers feature a hard outer shell of 94V-0 rated
material, ideal for precision spacing in electro-mechanical assemblies. Available in

 Ultra-slim connector. This D-Sub connector can
be used in a wide variety of computer equipment as well as test and measurement
instruments. Designed with through-hole or surface-mount contacts, units are available in

 Connectors with plastic outer shells. To meet
safety requirements for medical applications, these connectors have non-conductive,
lightweight plastic outer shells, with grounding-through midpieces. They offer ESD
protection, low magnetism, and come in a variety of materials for a range of temperatures

 IDC terminal. Torsion-Lok IDC permits ample
movement, with connection achieved by pushing wire into the high-deflection zero-clearance
slot for a gas-tight connection that withstands harsh conditions. The connector terminal
achieves connection and insulation shear in one motion, eliminating pre-stripping.

 Thermally conductive insulator pads. Made of a
high aluminum oxide-filled silicone elastomer, these thin die-cut pads are used in
electronic applications where an efficient thermal path is necessary to conduct heat from
a component to a heat sink. The pads reduce thermal resistance by conforming to uneven
