Planetary angled gearbox. Power in the CONCURVE line of Planetary
Right Angle Gearboxes comes from a gearing design that incorporates larger, stronger teeth
than standard involute gears. Three standard frame sizes offer continuous torque ratings
of 300, 1000 and 2000 in-lbs, respectively. Additional features include peak torque
ratings of up to 4000 in-lbs, and sound levels of <70dB at full rated load & 3000

Right angle servo gearmotors. Stealth gearmotors are offering
high torque in a compact, right angle design. They combine a brushless DC motor with
helical planetary gearing in a space-saving unit. The integrated design has the input gear
on the motor shaft, ensuring perfect alignment and smooth operation, while providing
significant noise reduction. With the reduction in misalignment stress, bearing life

Yard tractor transaxle. The Narrow Drive K66, designed with
lower noise emissions than the previous generation K61, has a reduced package size that
provides more flexibility to OEM designers for mounting the unit to the vehicle. The
internal wet disc brake configuration allows for several brake lever mounting
orientations. Reduction ratios are 37.22 and 22.19:1, with maximum tire diameters of 23

Stainless steel couplings. Available in stainless steel are
servo-quality, backlash-free safety couplings, metal bellows couplings, servo-insert
couplings, keyless clamping shrink discs and magnetic couplings. Safety couplings are
offered to handle torques from 9 to 14,160 lb-in, on shafts from 1/4- to 3 1/2-in. Bellows
couplings transmit torques from 160 to 44,400 lbs-in, on shaft sizes from 3/8- to 3.35-in.

Better belt. The
Dodge HT200 belt offers horsepower ratings 200% greater than conventional HTD drives, with
all the benefits of synchronous belt drive systems. This includes positive, no-slip drive;
lubrication-free operation; corrosion resistance; virtually no backlash; abrasion
resistance; and long life. The advanced shape of the GT tooth form, in 8mm and 14mm
pitches for the HT200 belt and the Taper Lock HT Sprocket, provides better bottom tooth

Size 17 gearheads. NemaTrue planetary gearheads are now
offered in frame size 17, making it suitable for tight space applications. Featuring steel
gears hardened to HRC 55-60, the unit packs a peak torque of 120 in-lb. A choice of 8
ratios have backlash ratings from 13 arc-min for single-stage gearheads (3:1 to 10:1), or
15 arc-min for double-stage gearheads (15:1 to 100:1). The self-lubricating gearing runs
