Linear actuator.

This linear actuator, based on high torque stepping motor technology, is especially suited for applications where high force, low cost and compact packaging are important considerations. The actuator consists of a NEMA size 23 motor and a unique lead-screw interface. Saving space and weight, the motor measures just 1.8 in. in length and delivers up to 180 lbs. of linear force. The compact design reduces cost by eliminating the gears and couplings normally found in linear motion systems. A hollow shaft motor design accommodates leadscrews and ballscrews up to 3/8-in. diameter for increased column strength. Motor and amplifier. This motor and amplifier system is designed to exceed performance of traditional open loop vector AC or DC motors in high-accuracy spindle and high-power servo applications. The V series of motors offer smooth operation up to speeds of 12,000 RPM, with continuous outputs ranging from 4 to 50 kW and torques of 25 to 350 N-m. Sub-micro drives. These 7 1/2 and 10 HP drives are available in standard voltage ratings from 200V to 590V and measure 7.75-in. x 5.0-in. x 7.2-in., making them the smallest packages on the market in their respective power ratings. Brushless linear motors. The BLMFI and BLMFS series of flat linear motors have a low profile of 35mm (1.40 in.) and lengths from 81 to 386mm (3.2 to 15.2 in.). Travel lengths are unlimited due to a stackable magnet track system. Continuous stall force ratings are offered from 25.6 to 190 newtons (5.7 to 43 lbs.). Digital servo drives. The all-digital SCE900 series closes current, velocity and position loops using a single digital signal processor (DSP). This family of drives offers four output power levels ranging from 7.5 to 60A peak and 3.75 to 30A continuous. Miniature gearmotors, The GNM series of miniature right angle drives is available in 6 different ratios from 7.3:1 to 38:1. The motor portion of these drives measures only 34mm to 45mm in diameter (1.34- to 1.77-in.) Backlash of the standard units is typically 1.2°. Gearhead efficiencies are up to 79%.
