Polymer coating. The LubriCoat coating process uses a specially formulated, frictionless polymer that permanently bonds to seals, O-rings, valves and other components made of any synthetic or natural elastomer. The slick/dry coating does not adversely affect tensile strength, compression, durometer, dimensional integrity or product weight. The permanent LubriCoat coating will not crack, peel or flake away from the substrate and it does not require the additional risk or replacement turnover necessitated by silicone or other wet lubrication. Encapsulating compounds. The Encap line features five two-part
epoxy systems designed to handle temperatures in excess of 125°C. Encap 3140 is a general
purpose epoxy; Encap 3141 is formulated for high temperature use; Encap 3142 is designed
to dissipate heat; Encap 3144 is formulated for flame retardancy; Encap 3143 is a soft,

UV curable elastomer. UV15X-5 is an elastomer for bonding,
sealing and coating. This compound is a single component system and requires no mixing.
Bonds can be achieved in a matter of seconds with a moderate intensity UV light source.
Its low viscosity makes it easy to apply. Environmentally safe, it contains no solvents
and emits no vapors or volatiles during cure. It has enhanced abrasion resistance and

ESD insulation. This line of ESD protective packaging provides
a cost effective solution for sensitive products. Rigid static dissipative films are
thermoformed into clamshells, handling/shipping trays, endcaps, and cornerblocks.
Transparent films are bar-code scannable and facilitate inspection while reducing product

Adhesive film. Dublfilm S662 is a rubber-based, double-coated,
pressure-sensitive adhesive film that adheres well to a variety of substrates including
low surface energy polyolefin films, ether and ester foams. Its polyester film carrier
provides dimensional stability and strength for mounting applications. Dublfilm S662 is
typically used for foam fabrication, bonding abrasive disks, and splicing of printing and
