The Goldenedge surface treatment is for blades and other sharp-edged cutting tools. This coating provides precise thickness control giving razor-sharp edges a dramatically increased service life by as much as 20 times. The coating creates a dense, smooth golden surface with increased hardness (up to an equivalent of Rc85). A thin uniform coating ranges in thickness from 0.00004- to 0.00006-in. The non-stick surface meets USDA/FDA codes for food and drug contact, cleans easily with water, and resists most chemicals and solders. The service temperature ranges from -300° to 1000°F, and the process temperature is from 450° to 932°F. Surface enhancement.
Structural spray coating. Ultrathane is a 100% solids,
solventless, 1:1 mix ratio structural polyurethane/polyurea coating. It can be used as a
spray-in-mold product or as a coating over wood, fiberglass or epoxy. It is designed to
replace vinyl "wrapped" wooden enclosures, such as speaker housings and shipping
crates. The spray-applied coating forms a seamless blanket of protection that is superior

Encapsulant. STYCAST G 508-1 offers protection from
temperature extremes found under the hood of an automobile. Additionally, this encapsulant
can be used in applications requiring self-extinguishing, low-smoke-generating plastics.
This single-component product is designed to protect stress-sensitive electronics from
harsh operating environments. It combines low coefficient of thermal expansion and high Tg

Novolac-epoxy coating. Corr-Paint CP2060 is a high-build, 100%
solids, two-part novolac-epoxy system, which provides temperature resistance to 500°F. It
demonstrates exceptional mechanical- and corrosion-resistant properties. The highly-filled
system uses silicon carbide (SiC) and provides an extremely abrasive, chemically- and
temperature-resistant finish. Flexural strength is 11,500 psi, lap shear strength to

Conformal coating. Shadowcure 397 solves VOC emission and
flammability concerns associated with solvent-borne conformal coatings. It is designed to
protect printed circuit boards from environmental solvents and abrasives. It is a
two-component, solvent-free urethane acrylate coating that meets IPC 830 requirements for
