These dry process pumps combine a patented structured diaphragm and high-speed multi-port valve technologies with brushless DC motors to provide compact performance and efficiency. Double Vane Pump for Refuse Truck, Other Mobile Applications

The T6CCZ double vane pump from Denison Hydraulics, Marysville, OH, is at the heart of Denison's new OASIS system for refuse trucks. Manufactured in Vierzon, France, the component incorporates the high quality and performance features of the company's proven T6CC pump series. However, engineers have improved the product by reinforcing its front bearing and the back bronze bushing through the installation of a needle bearing. This doubles the permissible radial load compared to standard T6CC models, making it especially adaptable to applications where front pumps are driven off the engine crank shaft.

Features include pressure ratings of 4000 psi maximum, greater flow (3 to 31 gpm), a wider speed range (400 to 2800 rpm), and up to 32 mounting positions for flexibility.

In addition to refuse trucks, the T6CCZ may be used on a variety of mobile applications where direct drive from a PTO cannot be used.
