The BinFlo aerator restores to any dry, pulverized material its original capacity to flow readily from bins, hoppers or through-chutes. This flow characteristic exists when air is present in the material. After a period of storage, air escapes, allowing the material to pack, thus preventing its flow. The aerator replaces the air so that the material again moves freely. These aerators are easy to install, making it a simple low-cost device to provide uniform and continuous flow of virtually any dry, finely ground material. The layout can be custom-designed for many variations in bin size and design. The aerators are offered in two sies — the 3¾-. x 7½-in. L Series, and the 6- x 12-in. LL Series. Minimum recommended air pressure for operation is 3 psi.
