Helical gearheads.The Stealth line of right angle planetary gearheads incorporate Heli Crown gear tooth design. Stealth combines the power of helical gears with the smooth, quiet engagement of tooth crowning, providing less than 70db noise. Internal gears are hardened with Plasma Nitriding heat treating process to provide a 68 Rc surface and ductile core for high strength and long life. Stealth right angle gears allow input speeds up to 4000 RPM, provide 10 minutes backlash with a 6 minute backlash option, and torques up to 2500 Nm. They are available in sizes from 60 to 300mm, with ratios ranging from 5:1 through 100:1 in a compact design. Pitch molded chains. The 6M7M12 series is made of
pre-lubricated, non-magnetic black acetal. They are designed to operate over a temperature
range of -40° to 121°C. The chain features a unit-link design that eliminates the need
for a master link. Each link measures 2.08mm high and 4.12mm wide -- 321 links snapped
together equals 1 meter. A 5 meter length weighs 0.031kg. Operating speed is up to 1,000

Cycloidal speed reducer. The Darali series of reducers has a
single stage efficiency approaching 93%, and a double stage efficiency approaching 86%.
They are capable of withstanding intermittent shock loads of up to 500% of their working
load rating. Having ratios from 6:1 to 86:1, changing ratios does not change the physical

Flanged gearheads. The PSF-G line is ideal for robotic arms
and other precise applications. These compact, high-efficiency gearheads have large
capacity output bearings to handle high overhung loads. The PSF-G line is available in
three size ranges and gear ratios of 50:1, 80:1, 100:1, 120:1 and 160:1. Output torque
ranges from 344 lb-in. to 1250 lb-in., with peak torque ratings of 470 lb-in. to 3290

Gear drives. This line of spiral bevel gear drives are used
where rotating energy needs to be transferred at right angles. There are ten inch and
metric shaft sizes available with 13 stock housings. Each gear drive has several mounting
surfaces and can be positioned at any angle. Counter-rotating units, with three
