Liquid vinyl PVC. Plastisol is a specialized liquid vinyl dispersion of PVC, which can be fused to a fastener by externally applied heat. When applied to the underside of screws, bolt heads and rivets, it not only seals out solids, liquids and gases, but also insulates against noise and reduces vibration. It is weather resistant, self-extinguishing, and can be formulated to resist harsh chemical environments, abrasion, UV radiation and ozone. Plastisol can be produced in a range of hardnesses (30 to 90 Shore A) from soft foam to a hard, dense solid, and offers dielectric strength. It also stays flexible even at very low temperatures, and is available in virtually any color including fluorescent and clear. Tensile strength is 750 to 3000 psi. Cross-linking of the foam bonds the molecules of the polyolefin resin into a structure

Polyethylene resins. These new grades of high-density resins

black version, is designed to eliminate a step in the extrusion process and improve the

high-flow, injection grade compounds designed for ease of processability in interior
automotive applications, such as mats used for auto consoles and dashboards. The products'

Ceramic. Aremcolox 502-1550-MD is an 80% dense machinable
ceramic material based on a barium-zirconium-phosphate composition. A low coefficient of
thermal expansion ensures that as a part experiences thermal shock, the mechanical stress
caused by its expansion and contraction does not cause the part to crack. It can be used
in applications to 2800°F, is completely inert, does not outgas in ultra-high vacuum, and

Nylon resin. MINMAX industrial-grade resin compound is
designed for cost-sensitive applications. Nylon 6 and 66 resin are offered in a range of
