Pressure transducer.Ideal for users who need to configure on the fly, the model 267MR offers up to 6 different pressure ranges in each transducer. Ranges include ±0.1 in. to 30 in. W.C. full scale. The voltage output is field configurable to either 0 to 5 VDC or 0 to 10 VDC. A 4- to 20 mA output is also available. The model 267's capacitance-sensor design allows up to 10-psi overpressure (in either direction), with no damage to the unit. In addition, the sensor has thermally matched coefficients for enhanced temperature performance (less than 0.033% FS/°F of thermal error for operation from 40 to 150°F) and excellent long-term stability. Whether the application calls for a rugged cleanable filter or a light-weight disposable one, all models in the XA series offer full depth filtration. They are composed of an inner mat of expanded aluminum foil corrugated for an extended surface. The series is available in porosities of 10 to 100 pores per lineal inch (ppi) and various nominal thicknesses. The filters use a modacrylic fiber with a highly irregular surface, which allows for depth loading, an important factor in increasing fiber service life. Enclosing the media are faces of expanded aluminum and a mitered channel to form a durable unit. The MW series has a preload design which allows the rotor to be inspected or replaced without removing the valve from the actuator. If used with an optional regulator, alignment is automatic. Custom manifolds. The AQ-DOT series is used for making
multiple interconnections between air brake tubing and/or standard pipe and are available
in various sizes and configurations. They use push-in brass fittings which provide a
quick, tool-less and bubble-tight seal. The tubing is simply pushed into the fitting with
the fingers, and removed with equal ease. They are available in seven colors, and meet all

Relief valve. The RH4 series is available with a variety of
elastomeric seal materials. The valve seat has custom molded design, and is securely
captured in the valve to resist blow-out and provide reliable operation up to 6000 psig.

Diaphragm valves. The Diastar valves are offered in three
series, to provide specific solutions based upon application and maximum operating
pressure. The series provides fail safe to close, fail safe to open and double acting

Ball valves. These ball valves offer a choice of manual,
pneumatic and electrical actuation. They operate in process applications to 248°F @ 230
psi for use with neutral gases and fluids. Valve bodies are available in two- and
three-piece designs. The three-piece valve body features a two-level sealing system to

Pulse valves. These pilot valves eliminate the need for
threaded piping and reduce the chance of misalignment during installation. Maintenance is
easy via a clip ring interlocking the body and bonnet for immediate access to the
interior. Operation is normally closed. When the pilot opens, pressure above the diaphragm
is relieved so that main line pressure under the diaphragm opens the valve. ASCO
