PC board interconnection

The RC Series of stackable pin connectors is built around a reliable compliant section design that eliminates soldering. A round termination serves as the mating pin for the next connector in the stack, allowing PC boards to be stacked tightly in very tight spaces. The one-piece contacts are made of beryllium copper and are plated with 50µ-in. of gold over nickel. The connectors are available in 28-300 pin counts on 0.075 in. contact spacing, or 91-320 pin counts on 0.100 in. contact spacing. Five standard termination lengths address a wide range of board thicknesses and spacings.
