applications, the Series CG5 stainless steel
pneumatically-driven actuator has a maximum operating pressure
of 1.0 Mpa. It is available in 8 bore sizes ranging from 20 to

finishing and profiles as well as metal plugs help eliminate
debris buildup, while the rod scraper is designed to minimize
water infiltration to the rod seals, which are available in
nitrile or fluoro rubber.

series zero-pressure accumulation (ZPA) integrated conveyor
systems includes WLR over-the conveyor, WTR-1
under-the-conveyor and ZLM-1 side-frame-mounted sensors and
controllers. Modular components include photoelectric sensors,
ZPA logic circuitry, daisy-chain cabling, and pneumatic or
solenoid valves, depending upon the configuration. The
circuitry can be manipulated with integrated switches and
external inputs, facilitating configuration changes. ZPA
systems are designed to accumulate and release products with
zero forward pressure, reducing damage to conveyed products.
Two
options have been added to this company’s line of
cross-roller precision linear bearings. The SQ option is
designed for optical measuring equipment and has a runout of
less than 5 µm over a travel distance up to 1800 mm. Option
SSQ is used for more stringent applications, such as
fiber-optic splicing equipment, and has a runout of less than
2.5 µm over a travel distance up to 1200 mm. Cross roller
linear bearings offer smooth, almost zero friction movement
without the pulsation effect recirculating type bearings have
entering/leaving bearing load zones.
