Digital signal rocker switch

The DSRocker digital signal rocker switch works with any proprietary digital databus system that, in turn, can control any kind of AC or DC equipment. Although fully digital, to an equipment operator the switch looks and feels like a standard rocker switch. The weather-resistant switch tests to over one million on-off cycles and is configurable in a variety of switching options: SPST, DPST, SPDT, DPDT, momentary/continuous, with dependent or independent pilot lights or illuminated symbols/text. The combination of a digital switch and databus system may result in a significant reduction in wiring harness size and complexity. The patented switch complies with existing and proposed microprocessor-based electrical/electronic systems such as SAE J1587, J1708 or J1939.

Counter/pulse output modules

These high-speed counter/pulse output modules are designed for the company’s Terminator I/O and DL405 lines of PLC and I/O products, and for the DL205 high-speed counter module. The modules are capable of accepting high-speed pulse-type input signals and provide either discrete outputs or a pulse output for position control, speed referencing and other applications. They can also work with incremental encoders.

Rocker switches

The CR series of panel-mount rocker switches features a round actuator and body, making them suitable for such applications as small and large appliances and computers. Available in a choice of actuator styles, the CR units can be specified with circular-, oval- or paddle-style actuators in two-tone black, white and red opaque color combinations, among others. Five-position joystick

The 6.70 mm x 5.45 mm JS-1100 Navigator switch is designed to replace discrete direction and select switches in consumer electronic products such as digital cameras, cell phones and PDAs. The JS-1100 features eight gull-wing surface mount terminations and two mechanical lugs to relieve strain on the electrical connections. The resistance of the silver-plated contacts averages 0.5W.

Miniature slide switches

The 1K2 changeover slide switch occupies a board space measuring 10 mm x 2.5 mm x 4.5 mm, excluding the actuator. Membrane switches

These membrane switches are protected from high levels of humidity and water intrusion, using a sealed gasket design that protects the switch conductors. Snap-action microswitches

The G3 miniature snap-action microswitches feature an integrated ramp plunger configuration that replaces the need for extra levers. Emergency stop button

The PIT emergency stop pushbutton is suitable for applications up to category 4 in accordance with EN 954-1. A safety contact block prevents contact elements from being released without detection. The contact block works with the contact elements to form a fixed unit, so that it cannot be configured incorrectly. The contact elements are gold-coated, enabling them to control very low currents.

Time delay relay

Safety relays

The PSR safety relays are equipped with two to eight normally open release current paths, and one normally closed signaling current path. Monitor relay

Switch element

The CSE15 uG (Capacitive Switch Element under glass) is a capacitive momentary/latching switch with no mechanical parts, eliminating the possibility of functional failure due to damage, freezing or wear and tear. PMC modules

Relays
