Fieldbus manifold

The G2-2 series pneumatic fieldbus manifold is designed for applications requiring Ethernet I/O and pneumatic valve manifolds. The Ethernet technology integrates an on-board web server, making the node accessible to any standard web browser for configuration, testing and retrieving technical documentation. An E-mail capability allows the manifold to send messages that are triggered from specific events, ranging from diagnostic information to automatic preventative maintenance scheduling. The G2-2 manifold platform is modular and scalable, featuring plug-in valves, sub-bases and I/O modules. The discrete plug-in, I/O modules allow external sensor devices to be read, and external loads to be controlled via 12 mm connectors or sub-D connectors. Output drive currents are rated at 0.5A nominal with higher currents available.

Remote valve operation

The Flex-Drive is capable of operating valves in hard-to-reach or hazardous locations. An operator station features a handwheel which, when turned, simultaneously runs the valve actuator. A patented drive cable, linking the two stations, can transmit torque in excess of 280-ft-lbs up to 200 ft away, accommodating 540 degrees of bends in the cable run. The Flexi-Drive is suitable for use with any size or type of valve.

Pneumatic cylinder

Solenoid pinch valves

Piston-actuated valves

Connector

Ultra-inert valve

The 075RS series relief valve features a built-in solenoid, powered by a continuous-duty coil, which allows the valve to be opened by a 12 or 24 VDC signal on command. In addition to protecting a system from excessive pressure, this valve functions as a control module that can be used for periodic purging of a system, opening a bypass channel when the pump is running in a closed system, and providing on/off regulation.

Stainless cylinder

Gas springs

The T2SL stock lifter gas springs are intended for part lifting in transfer and progressive die applications. Proportional valves

The EVP proportional valve series provides control of air or gas flow and varies the output flow based on the current input to the solenoid. Nitrogen die cylinders

Barbed tee fittings

Hard-Line tees feature a barb designed for use with harder durometer tubing such as polyethylene 55 Shore D and polypropropylene 80 durometer. The barb has a sharp sealing point that is slightly larger than the fitting’s shaft, eliminating the need for suck-down around the trailing edge of the barb for a tight seal. These fittings have been tested to 200 psi, holding their seal without the use of hose clamps.

Gauge tube

The DV-6S thermocouple gauge tube is designed for outdoor use on cryogenic tanks, including railcar and tanker truck applications. This tube is supplied with an O-ring sealed cap that protects its pins from moisture, reducing corrosion. A metal lanyard prevents cap loss. The DV-6S has been successfully tested for mechanical shock, random vibration and sinusoidal vibration according to appropriate MIL specs.

Hydraulic valve control

This single-solenoid driver offers a wide range of command signal inputs. It also offers a choice of unipolar or bipolar 3A output to drive the proportional valve as well as a fully adjustable dither, which is useful in applications such as the testing of hydraulic valves. Refrigeration solenoid valves

Relief valves

The R6104 series right angle relief valves feature a fully encapsulated seat seal, which prevents inaccurate cracking pressures. A delta stem seal system reduces stem friction to produce an accurate reseal and a raised lip on the poppet, which eliminates stiction and prevents damage to the O-ring. Servo valves

Valve control system

Pneumatic valves

Designed to dispense shot sizes as small as 0.1045 grams, the Micro-Needle valve is an adjustable opening, needle-and-seat device that handles low- to medium-viscosity UV curing products.
