Solid lubricant

NanoLub is a nanotechnology-based solid lubricant that reduces friction between moving parts, minimizing wear and energy consumption. Based on nanoparticles of inorganic compounds, NanoLub can serve as a solid lubricant, an additive to oil and grease lubricants, a powder, a thin composite metal coating, a composite polymer film, or as a material for impregnating self-lubricating parts. The size and structure of the lubricant’s nested spheres cause lubrication by rolling like miniature ball bearings. Applications include maintenance-free systems in the aerospace and medical industries, ultra-clean manufacturing environments, and heavy-load situations such as turbines in power plants, heavy equipment, machinery and marine. Plastic roller bearing

Originally designed for steering columns, this plastic needle roller bearing provides lubricity through the plastic rollers, reducing grease, noise and corrosion. Typical use is in straight radial load applications. The bearing can bear loads in excess of 100 lbs at 60 rpm in excess of 500 hours. They are available in ID sizes ranging from 19 to 38.1 mm.

Air bearings

Prelubricated bearings

The DS series bearings eliminate fretting corrosion damage to shafts under low-amplitude oscillating movements.
