Electric motor adhesives
Designed for use in a variety of permanent magnet motors, these adhesives include structural acrylics, one- and two-part epoxies, UV curable, cyanoacrylates and anaerobic adhesives. Applications include brush-type and brushless permanent magnet motors, permanent magnet synchronous motors and stepper motors. Series E04 2-part epoxy and 465 UV curable adhesive are both used for wire tang reinforcements. E32 2-part epoxy, ESP310 1-part heat-cured epoxy, 671 2-part acrylic, and 533 1-part activated acrylic are all used for magnet bonding, each with specific features and benefits. UV-curable 463 and 200 cyanoacrylate adhesive used with QFS 16 activator can be used for wire tacking applications, while end caps can be sealed with HH190 anaerobic adhesive. Epoxy
