Precision CIM parts

Torque testing

TPE overmolded nylon

Nitec 9500 is a pH-regulated 6-9% phosphorous electroless nickel engineered for use over steel, copper, brass, magnesium, aluminum and other base metals. Combining consistently high-speed deposition and extremely bright deposits, the deposits remain bright through eight or more turnovers. Polycarbonate

Designed for use in applications requiring high heat and impact resistance, Makrolon DP1-1848 copolycarbonate has a notched Izod impact strength of 50 kJ/m2 at –60°C and after heat aging (135°C for 24+ days), a Vicat softening temperature of 156°C, as well as improved chemical and hot water resistance.
