Composite disc couplings.
Drive trains in paper converting, food processing and printing systems often are
subjected to changing loads that create shock and vibration. Zero-Max CD Composite Disc
couplings handle these changing loads by damping shock and vibration. The CD Coupling's
disc material of 3M reduce the transmission of damaging vibration throughout the power
train, resulting in less wear and tear on machine components. The coupling provides high
torsional stiffness, which is important in systems requiring registration of machine
components. The high torsional stiffness eliminates or minimizes windup problems. Zero-Max

Pneumatic couplings. These couplings feature a non-marking
polyurethane cover that protects finished surfaces in assembly applications. The E-Z-mate
coupler is an exhaust-style, push-to-connect coupling that is compatible with industrial
interchange nipples. The E-Z-mate and HF Series have a rated pressure of 300 psi. This
coupling series allows for high flow valving and is corrosion resistant. Parker

Metric set screw collars. These collars are offered in both
carbon steel and type 303 stainless steel, with bore sizes from 4mm to 50mm. Also
available are one- and two-piece clamp-style designs with bore sizes from 3mm to 80mm. All
collars are single-point faced and have forged socket hardware, allowing for higher screw
torque and holding power.Ruland Mfg Co Inc,380 Pleasant St, Watertown, MA
