Differential pressure monitoring system

The PNI series differential pressure monitoring system provides accurate clog detection in filtration applications. The system mounts directly at the process and independently monitors both differential and system pressures. The compact stainless steel housings withstand harsh conditions and connect via a patch cord. Pressure is electronically monitored, eliminating additional tubing connections that can block or cause cross contaminations. The numeric display allows pressure readings to be viewed directly at the process without requiring an enclosure. Four systems are available to monitor differential pressure ranges of 150, 363, 1450 and 3625 psi. The Micro DC units are available with a dual PNP/NPN output, programmable normally-open or normally-closed.

Magnetic decontamination

RF radial field cartridge magnets remove metal contaminants from free-flowing dry granular products conveyed in pneumatic pipelines. Material enters the housing and is distributed by a solid stainless cone, then passes in close proximity to the magnetic cartridge for removal of ferrous particles. Typical pneumatic conveyor couplings provide a positive seal for applications up to 25 psig.

Tubular membrane

The FEG Plus tubular membrane is designed for systems that require larger, open-flow channels to accommodate higher concentrations of solids and higher fluid turbulence. Pressures up to 94 psi at 150°F are handled with increased chemical resistance as compared with other tubular membrane products. It also resists plugging from fibers and bulky materials. Gasketing material

Coolant filtration

The CDF chip disc filtration system is comprised of a hinged conveyor belt that transports chips and acts a first-stage filter. The rotating disc, with permanent media, provides second stage filtration. An optional Chip Catch removes any fine particles clinging to the belt as a third stage filter. Split mechanical seal
