Visible fiber laser

High-power operation with perfect beam quality in the red spectrum

Designed for easy integration into medical instruments, scientific experiment devices, OEM machines or automated production lines, the Visible Model ELP-775 fiber laser is reputed to be the first single-mode laser of its kind to provide high power with a perfect beam (TEMoo) quality of M2 <1.1 in the red spectrum. The unit features high wall-plug efficiency (greater than 10%) and diode life exceeding 100,210 hours. The pulse frequency is adjustable from 10 to 20 MHz and optimized pulse duration is 2 to 3 nanoseconds. The air-cooled units are rack mounted, offer user-friendly standard interfaces, such as RS232 and GPIB, and have extensive front panel controls. Average output power is 5 to 30W, peak power of 1 KW, and wavelength is selectable from 770 to 780 nm. The laser is customizable for output power, wavelength, line width, mode of operation, control modes and computer interfaces. The units are not water-cooled and are designed to provide high reliability, high repeatability, and maintenance-free operation. Further units are planned for near-UV wavelengths between 385 and 390 nm, power above 5W and multi-watt pulsed and CW fiber lasers for green and blue spectral bands.
