The QTLP603C-EB blue LED has a low profile (1.6 mm x 0.8 mm footprint x 0.35 mm height) that reduces package thickness by 42% over previous industry standard packaging. Power consumption is reduced through a 3.15V max at 5 mA performance. The device does not require auxiliary drive circuitry, and has a luminous intensity of 20.0 to 25.0 mcd at 5
