Cryo pump

The MicroStar in-situ water vapor pump has successfully completed a 3-month trial for use by a hard-drive tool supplier. The company’s Stirling cycle cooling technology simplifies the design of the water vapor pump. The application uses the pump to reduce water vapor partial pressure, allowing faster product throughput, reducing base pressure and pump-down time, and therefore improving tool productivity. The self-contained pump requires no external helium compressor, hoses or other electronic modules, saving cost and space. Regeneration is controlled by an integrated controller that alters the frequency of the pump’s expander, changing the thermodynamics from cooling to heating. The company’s cryocoolers are based on rotary and linear Stirling and Gifford-McMahon technologies for use in vacuum, applied superconductivity, electro-optical and scientific applications.

Metering pump

The series VPA air-operated metering pump is offered with proximity switches to verify the position of the pump. The switches signal completion of the filling or discharge stroke (or both), enabling better process control, quality assurance and automation. Mid-range pumps

Diaphragm pump head

Series M900 diaphragm pump heads feature a PTFE sandwich diaphragm that can handle pressures up to 5800 psig with 10 psi suction lift and a clean flow path.
