Developmental testing and verification of the MARK 6 MOD1 guidance system
What goes into modifying and modernizing the MARK 6 guidance system for the U.S. Navy's Trident submarine fleet? Todd Jackson from Draper Laboratory gives us the rundown in part one of this two-part story. Draper has been the design agent for all U.S. Navy strategic guidance systems since Polaris and for the U.S. Air Force Peacekeeper missile guidance system. Read the full article
